Our FUZZY CREAM PUFFS  are made of our luxurious faux shearling to create a sophisticated and sporty look . We integrate a unique process by hand that incorporates memory foam into our uppers which creates extreme comfort and allows each of our shoes to mold to your feet.  They are  backed in cotton fleece for added softness and truly create a hug for your foot. 

Our custom molded footbed provides both tremendous comfort and support. They are covered in black neoprene, for breathability and wicking keeping your feet comfortable and dry. 

Our sole is made of a high-flex, durable tread which allow the slippers to move with your feet. 

R0AMs should fit snug on your feet, for a flop-free walk. We use European footbeds, please find your size in the size chart, below the shoe images.

We offer returns or exchanges on online orders within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following rules applicable to our return and exchange policy:

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with price tag attached.
  • ALL SALE PRICED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.
  • Undergarments should be tried on over underclothing.

Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit online or in store. 

Returns received after 14 days will receive store credit only. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

You can return your merchandise by visiting our store OR - 

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided. Shipping fee will be deducted from the return reimbursement.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive the package to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit

  • Orders are processed Tuesday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS within the United States. Please allow 1-2 business days after placing your order for processing.
  • We also offer free in store or curbside pickup.
  • *At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, P.O. addresses, or US territories.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped by contacting our customer service team - orders@shopflaunt.com. If your order has shipped, our customer service team will issue a refund as soon as you have returned the item(s).
