We’re looking for two warm, confident and fashion-loving people to join the Flaunt team.

At Flaunt, creating a memorable experience is about more than what’s on the racks. It’s about genuine connections, thoughtful service and making every customer feel welcome. We’re looking for reliable, energetic team members who enjoy working with people, take initiative and understand the importance of the little details.

PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATE

15–20 hours per week | $30-40 per hour, depending on experience

Must be available Sundays and Mondays, with the possibility of Tuesdays

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, can work independently and brings positive energy to the store.

What you’ll do:

  • Welcome and connect with customers

  • Offer thoughtful styling help and product recommendations

  • Support the day-to-day needs of the sales floor

  • Help maintain a beautiful, organized and inviting store

  • Work both independently and collaboratively with the Flaunt team

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have previous retail or customer service experience

  • Are friendly, confident and comfortable approaching customers

  • Are self-motivated and notice what needs to be done

  • Bring energy and a positive attitude to your work

  • Are dependable, professional and a true team player

  • Love fashion, styling and connecting with people

SOCIAL MEDIA MODEL + RETAIL SUPPORT

10–15 hours per week | $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience

This is a hybrid role for someone who feels natural in front of the camera, understands social media and is equally happy jumping in to help customers and support the sales floor.

What you’ll do:

  • Model new arrivals for Flaunt’s social media content

  • Appear in photos, emails, Stories, Reels and short-form videos

  • Help create engaging, natural content that reflects the Flaunt brand

  • Assist customers and provide friendly, attentive service

  • Support the team with general sales-floor needs

  • Help keep the store organized, polished and welcoming

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Are confident and comfortable in front of the camera

  • Have social media experience and an understanding of current content

  • Have strong customer service and communication skills

  • Are warm, outgoing and genuinely enjoy meeting people

  • Are reliable, flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed

  • Love fashion and feel excited about representing Flaunt
