For full priced items, we offer returns or exchanges on online orders within 14 days of receiving your order. In-store purchases will receive store credit only.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following rules applicable to our return and exchange policy:

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with price tag attached.
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.
  • Undergarments should be tried on over underclothing.
  • If store pickup is chosen, items will be restocked if not picked up within 14 days.

You can return your merchandise by visiting our store OR - 

  1. Go to flaunt-boutique-danville.happyreturns.com and enter your order number and zip code
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided. Shipping fee will be deducted from the return reimbursement.

Additional Information:

  • Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive the package to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit
