How to Initiate a Return

Before getting started, please review our full Return Guidelines to ensure your items are eligible. Any return requests that do not fall within our guidelines will not be accepted.

You have two ways to return your items:

🛍️ Option 1: Return In-Store

Stop by our shop and we'll process your return in person - no return shipping fee required.

📦 Option 2: Return by Mail

Use our online return portal to start your return:

  1. Click Start Return below and log in with your email address.

  2. Select the item(s) you'd like to return.

  3. Print your return shipping label (you'll receive it by email within 1 business day).

  4. Pack and ship your items using the provided label.

  5. Make sure your return is postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

Returned items should be unworn, unused, and with original tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund or store credit according to our return policy.

Friendly Reminders

  • Refunds and store credits are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive your return.

  • A flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return unless your item is damaged or incorrect.

  • If you purchased via in-store pickup, returns may also be made in store.
