How to Initiate a Return

Before getting started, please review our full Return Guidelines to ensure your items are eligible. Any return requests that do not fall within our guidelines will not be accepted. 

You have two ways to return your items:

🛍️ Option 1: Return In-Store

Stop by our shop and we’ll process your return in person - no return shipping fee required.

📦 Option 2: Return by Mail

1. Log in to our Online Return Portal using your email address.

2. Select the items you'd like to return or exchange.

3. Print your prepaid shipping label (emailed to you with 1 business day after submitting your return).

4. Pack and ship your items using the provided label within 7 days of receiving your order.

   • Returns postmarked after 7 days will not be accepted.

5. A $10 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

6. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
